From the beginning of time societies have used medicinal herbs to treat all kinds of ailments and afflictions. However, in the las few decades there has been a resurgence of interest in medicinal herbs as an alternative to pharmaceutical drugs and medications.
Herbs have been used for centuries to treat and cure a wide variety of ailments. But it wasn't until recently that doctors and other medical professionals have started realizing the importance of these medicinal herbs and their potential.

Mallow: (malvae, mauve) Is used as flovouring to disguise the taste of active of active purgatives and coorect their griping tendencies.

Silimaryn; Silymarin provided liver protection to group I by reducing blood levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), an indicator of liver damage that increases during long-term treatment with psychotropics.
